Terms of Service

1. The service

ConnectifyAI provides tools to design, run, version, and share computational graphs for AI/ML workflows, including a browser-based editor, project hub, community catalog, and documentation. Features may change, and some capabilities are offered as previews or demonstrations without production-grade guarantees.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Provide accurate registration information and notify us promptly of unauthorized use.

You may use the editor without an account; data may be stored locally in your browser. Creating an account enables additional features such as sync, collaboration, and publishing when available.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Violate any law or third-party rights, including intellectual property and privacy rights;
• Upload malware, probe or disrupt our systems, or circumvent access controls;
• Harass other users or publish unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content in community graphs;
• Scrape or bulk-download the service except through interfaces we expressly permit;
• Resell or sublicense the service without written authorization;
• Use the service to develop competing products by copying non-public elements of our UI or code.

We may investigate violations and suspend or terminate access. Report abuse to abuse@connectifyai.com.

4. Your content and projects

You retain ownership of graphs, datasets, models, and other materials you submit (“Your Content”). You grant Connectify a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute Your Content solely to operate and improve the service — including making public graphs available in the community catalog per your publish settings.

You represent that you have the rights needed for Your Content and that publishing it will not infringe others’ rights. You are responsible for licenses on forked community graphs and for complying with any open-source or research-use terms attached to bundled examples.

5. Community graphs and forks

Public graphs may be viewed, forked, and remixed by other users subject to the license you select at publish time. Forks are independent copies; changes to a fork do not modify the original. Removing a public graph stops new discovery but does not delete existing forks.

6. Third-party services and plugins

The service may link to or integrate third-party models, datasets, and runtimes. Your use of those services is subject to their terms. Custom plugins you install run at your direction; you are responsible for their behavior and security review.

7. Runs, experiments, and disclaimers

Run results, metrics, and comparisons are provided for workflow exploration. They may be simulated, sampled, or incomplete during preview periods. Do not rely on the service as the sole basis for clinical, safety-critical, or regulated decisions without independent validation.

Compute credits, queues, and runtime availability are subject to fair-use limits and may change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

8. Intellectual property

ConnectifyAI, our logos, documentation, and non-user elements of the service are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks except as needed to use the service in accordance with these Terms.

Feedback you provide may be used by us without restriction or compensation.

9. Paid features

Paid plans, credits, and enterprise offerings are governed by the pricing terms presented at purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in your order. We may change prices with notice; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance for renewal periods.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and delete your account from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, risk to the service or other users, or prolonged inactivity on paid accounts as described in your plan.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ends. Provisions that by nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, dispute resolution) will survive.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONNECTIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Connectify against claims arising from Your Content, your use of the service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights, including reasonable attorneys’ fees.

14. Dispute resolution

Before filing a claim, contact legal@connectifyai.com and allow 30 days to resolve the dispute informally. Except where prohibited, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, not as a class action. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of account creation by emailing legal@connectifyai.com with your name and a clear opt-out statement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence apply.

15. Changes

We may modify these Terms. We will post updates on this page and revise the effective date. Material changes may be notified by email or in-product notice. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.
